International artists "The Singh Twins" return with one of their awards for "The Making of Liverpool" film Liverpool studio "Sparkle* Media" was hired to produce for them. The short animation won "The Heritage Award" for outstanding contribution to the arts and "The Creative Media Award" for filmmakers as shown in the picture below.
